Wont Work!!

I purchased the upgrade at the same time I downloaded the free app. I have not had any success; just doesnt work on my iPad (and dont try to tell me its my iPad, because its new).

What happens is it will allow me to upload my photo file, but then I click on a photo and it never loads. The app freezes...every time. I also am not sure I got the upgrades either, since I cant load a photo to try any of the apps functions.

I will be requesting a refund from iStore, because the upgrade has already been charged to my credit card and paid.
Big Bummer!
